Optimize your lifestyle across three core areas: Nutrition, Strength Training, and Holistic Recovery.

This behavior-change based program is special because it is done within a community of women. Busy women often believe they need to go it alone, but joining a community is where exponential results happen. Connection boosts progress because it is a powerful hormone optimizer which helps balance cortisol, regulate appetite, and improve sleep quality.

Tailored for women who can dedicate around 15 minutes or more, 4-5 days a week, to weightlifting at home or the gym.

Upon enrollment you'll complete a concise yet thorough assessment evaluating your current lifestyle and intended goals

Your coaching includes:

-A comprehensive nutrition audit

-Twice a month 1:1 calls with myself to trouble shoot and provide concierge customization for your unique needs

-Continuous access to your coach (me!) for on-the-fly adjustments, barrier removal, and to make results stick

-Access to coaching materials: online strength training tutorials and programming customized for you, templates/trackers, cheat sheets

-A virtual training session focused on basic compound movements

-Accountability group: a community of like-minded women to enhance motivation and support

About Me

Aloha, I'm Alyssa! I'm a mom, wife, daughter, BELIEVER and proud Okinawan! I'm also a pharmacist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and GGS-1 Women's Coaching Specialist. Having been born and raise in Hawaii, I get the privilege of living here with my family.

My mission: To grow and empower a community that transform us into healthier, happier versions of ourselves. I'm passionate about building muscle, boosting energy, balancing our hormones, and reducing disease risks. Plus, who doesn't also love the feeling of enjoying our bodies and curves?

I'm also on a mission to incorporate continuous mindset training into our lives, especially for our children. Why? Because a strong mind is the foundation of holistic well-being—spiritual, emotional, and physical.

Our community exists to empower and uplift one another, shatter limiting beliefs, and inspire our children to believe they can achieve anything. Let's embrace aging gracefully, finding comfort in our souls, clarity in our minds, and pure love for those curves in our jeans.

Some extras about me:

  1. My fitness journey started in my teens when 2 best friends showed up at my home on Christmas with a step aerobics platform. 3 years later, I was teaching daily step aerobics classes at the University of Washington

  2. I'm a wife to Tyler, Naval officer turned engineer, turned investment manager and President of our work-from-home family office. We have 2 school aged boys.

  3. I have a goal of one day advancing from a beginner surfer status to the intermediate surfer level!

  4. Current obsessions in 2024: cold plunging & sauna-ing, making super short home resistance training tutorials, watching inspirational movies about sports with my family like "Rudy", women's pelvic floor health including my own experience with treatment, Evy Pompouras and her book: Becoming Bulletproof
